Refund & Returns Policy

At Mottle Kids, we want every pair of our handmade trousers to bring joy, colour, and comfort to your little one!
 

Because our pieces are handmade with care, our custom or personalised orders (made-to-order) cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Non-Custom / Ready-to-Ship Items

If your order is not custom, you can request a refund within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:

 

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All tags and packaging must be intact.

 

 

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at mottlekids.studio@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.

  2. Send the item back to us. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

  3. Once we receive your item and confirm it meets the conditions, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. The damaged or faulty item must be returned to us, and we will:

  • Provide a replacement, or

  • Issue a full refund, including the original shipping cost.
