Custom Orders Policy
At Mottle Kids, we love creating special trousers just for your little ones! Our custom pieces are handmade to order and allow you to personalise fabrics, trims, and sizing. Every month, we open a limited number of slots.
Fabric Options
You can choose from a selection of available fabrics when ordering custom trousers. Please note that fabric availability may vary depending on stock. Every drop brings a fresh mix of fabrics (with the occasional favourite making a comeback). Each fabric is exclusive to one order.
You are also welcome to send your own fabric if you have something special in mind. In this case, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the fabric.
Ric Rac Trims
Ric rac trims are available as an optional detail.

Each pair of ric rac trims costs £5 extra.

Multiple pairs can be added depending on the design.
Order Changes
If you need to make a change to your custom order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, production may have already started, and changes may not be possible.
Important Information About Custom Orders
Because each custom piece is made especially for you, custom orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty. Please make sure you are happy with your choices before placing your order.
As each item is handmade, small variations in fabric placement or details may occur, making every piece unique.
Mottle Kids reserves the right to decline custom requests that are not suitable for our designs or production process.

- Add your Trousers Style, Fabric, and any Ric Rac Trim to your cart separately.
- Your total will be calculated automatically at checkout. Fabric is priced at £0 to reserve it for your order.

After payment is received, your order will either join the production queue or begin production, depending on current orders.

When your trousers are finished, we will update you and prepare your parcel for shipping.
Production Time
Custom orders usually take 2–4 weeks to complete, depending on current order volume.
